West Charlotte Village Wastewater Planning Committee

The Committee was first appointed by the Selectboard on August 23 2010 and was given the following charge: To evaluate and report to the Selectboard on the construction of a public or community facility or facilities for the purpose of providing wastewater disposal for residents and commercial use in West Charlotte village by January 7, 2011.

Committee members in 2010 were: Vince Crockenberg, Dana Farley, Dave Marshall, Winslow Ladue (Selectboard liaison)

In 2017, the Committee was charged with evaluating and providing recommendations to the Selectboard for the adoption of a Municipal Sewer Allocation Ordinance and a Sewer Use Ordinance for the distribution of unallocated wastewater capacity to non-municipal properties.

Committee members are:  Dave Marshall (Chair), Dana Hanley, Christina Booher, Kate Lampton, Jim Hyde, Peter Joslin (liaison from the Planning Commission), and Fritz Tegatz (liaison from the Selectboard).

The Committee will meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Town Hall.  The meetings are open to the public.
